Counter-Notice: Requesting Content Restoration

If your content was removed due to a claim and you believe it was a mistake, file a counter-notice to restore it. Send it in writing to our DMCA Agent with:

  1. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Material Description: Details of the removed content and its original location on the Site.
  3. Mistake Statement: Under penalty of perjury, affirm the removal was due to error or misidentification.
  4. Consent Details: Your name, address, phone number; agreement to the federal court’s jurisdiction in your district (or ours if outside the U.S.); and willingness to accept service from the original claimant.
